Agenția de Zece is an independent studio in Ploiești, Romania: a senior core extended by a trusted network of collaborators and multiplied by a fleet of in-house automations.
01 The studio
The roots go back to 2000, to a first website shipped when the web still ran on HTML tables. Two and a half decades later, the same obsession runs the company: build things that work, automate everything that repeats, and stay small enough to care about every shipped pixel.
Agenția de Zece became a company in 2020: SEO, frontend, and operations for international partners, in the most competitive verticals the web has. Distributed teams led for years, millions of pages shipped. Since 2021, the studio also trains founders and teams on AI workflows; it was doing so before ChatGPT made the case for it.
Today the studio splits its time between partner work and products of its own, built end to end, operated in-house, and pointed at the same bar as everything else: a ten.

05 The name
In Romanian school, grades run from 1 to 10. «De zece» means a perfect ten, the grade written in red ink. It seemed like the right standard to name a company after.
