1. Who we are

The data controller for this website is SC Agenția de Zece SRL, CUI RO42081752, registered with the Romanian Trade Registry under J29/25/2020, with its registered office at Str. Ineu 11, Ploiești, Prahova, România. For anything privacy-related, write to hi@agentiadezece.ro.

2. What we collect, and what we don’t

This site collects personal data in exactly one place: the contact form. If you use it, we receive the name, email address, and message you type. That’s all.

The form submission is delivered to our inbox as an email. This website does not store your message in any database, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising scripts, and no third-party trackers, which is why you don’t see a cookie banner.

3. Why we process it

We use the data you send solely to reply to your enquiry and, if a collaboration follows, to prepare it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract, taken at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us).

4. Hosting and infrastructure

The site is served through Cloudflare, Inc., whose infrastructure may process technical connection data (such as IP addresses) in standard server logs for security and delivery purposes. Email is handled by our email hosting provider. We do not enrich, resell, or cross-reference any of this.

5. How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for reasonable business record-keeping, then deleted.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to processing. Write to hi@agentiadezece.ro and we’ll sort it out. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
